Data Model

Every submission follows a clear hierarchy: Projects contain Intakes, and each Intake generates a versioned Audit Log. Records move through a strict state machine — DRAFT, IN_REVIEW, SUBMITTED, VOIDED — with each transition captured and immutable.

API-First Design

The platform is built on RESTful Xano APIs with full OpenAPI spec export. An MCP server layer provides controlled agent and tool access, enabling automation workflows without sacrificing governance or auditability.

Immutability Mechanics

Submitted records are enforced as read-only at the database level. Every record carries a version hash. If a correction is needed, the system creates a clone of the original with a new version — the original is never modified. This clone-for-correction pattern guarantees a complete audit trail with no silent edits.
